Before booking your reservation, you must read our cancelation policy. If booking by phone, this will be read to you, and is mandatory by all front desk staff.
Ocean Palms suggests you review the cancellation policy prior to completing a hotel booking. Cancelation policies vary from hotel to hotel and by inventory providers. Please read carefully.
Booking reservations during summer requires a deposit of $1000. The remaining balance of your reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Summer policies states that you may cancel your reservation 90 days prior to your specified arrival date. If you cancel before the deadline, you will be charged a 7% Cancelation Fee. Cancelling after the stated period will result in a loss of deposit. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will result in a full charge of stay.
Booking reservations during winter requires a deposit of 50% of your full stay at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged at the time of arrival. Winter policies state that your must cancel your reservation before 90 days of arrival and will be charged a 7% Cancelation Fee. If you reserve your room within 90 days of arrival you have 72 hours to cancel at the time of booking. If you cancel after the 72 hours, you will lose your deposit.
Booking reservations with a special promotion, require a 100% deposit which is non-refundable. These reservations cannot be canceled with a refund. Special promotions include but are not limited to; online promotional codes, summer season discounts, etc.
